Not a paralegal, not a call center. When you call, I answer the question, and I am the one at the trustee meeting with you.
A flat fee, quoted before you decide
You know the whole cost on the first call. Payment plans are available, and the calls stop the day we file, not the day you finish paying.
A straight answer, even when it is no
If bankruptcy is not your best move, I say so on the call and tell you what is. Most people who call me do file. Some should not, and they hear that from me.
Where

The office is at 636 S. River Road, Suite 201, in Des Plaines, by appointment. Cases are filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, which covers Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane and the surrounding counties.
Most of the work happens by phone, email and video. Trustee meetings are held remotely now, so many clients never need to come in at all.
